Artist's Comments
These are the concept sketches for an up and coming school reduction project for my 3D design class. The class project is a reduction exercise in sculpting. We are going to use this neat mixture of cement and hermeculite which creates a porous like stone material that is easy to carve but can withstand weather and can even be polished. I can't wait to dig into it. "Literally"
 Around the base I will have "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" inscribed. Just thought I would create a similar statue of the one found in the story Call of Cthulhu. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
